The boys started the morning by competing in the Imitation Rooster Crowing Contest. They were confidently crowing in the backseat all the way to the Fair, but when the microphone was put in front of them, they were...well, let's just say they were "chicken" as they timidly cock-a-doodle-dooed. They thought it was fun though.
Afterwards, we had the treat of walking around the fair with Oma, Grammy, and Aunt Chris.
While we were finishing lunch the boys were magnetically and irresistably drawn to the dirt in this flowerbed.
Once again this year, the boys entered cookies in the Children's Corner of the Home and Family Arts Building. Lil J made the Peanut Butter Teddy Bear (in front) and Michael made Chocolate dipped, Chocolate Chip-Oatmeal Cookies (in back).
