Allegro Christmas Dinner

This evening we hosted a Christmas dinner for all of our employees and their wives. Everyone was able to make it except Matt (who was on his honeymoon) and my mom (who was in Atlanta with my Uncle who was having surgery).

It was a fun evening and so nice to be able to show our appreciation to our employees for all of their hard work throughout the year.

We served a variety of appetizers including Tuna Tartare, Shrimp Cocktail, Beef Wellington, and Baked Brie. After a meal of Italian entrees, everyone watched "The Christmas Gift" in the theater.

During our dessert and coffee time, we all shared in reading the account of Christ's birth from the gospels. Then we went around the room and shared the blessings we were grateful for from the past year. It was a very special evening.
