Christmas Evening

This afternoon we celebrated Christmas with Jonathan's family. Karisse prepared a wonderful dinner and Ruth had decorated beautifully. The boys were especially excited to find candy canes on their plates! After dinner entertainment featured rubbermaid tub rides chauffered by Uncle Lawrence and Uncle Joel.

The boys received so many awesome gifts. Everything from large fleece dog pillows made by Aunt Stephanie, to camo sleeping bags from Uncle Virgil and Aunt Aimee, to an incredible tool bench with every tool imaginable from Grandpa and Grandma, and much more. They were so excited and thoroughly enjoyed playing with everything.
Little Joseph was the total charmer of the evening with his never ending smiles and giggles. It is hard to believe all of the cousins were his size at one time!Aunt Evelyn played the piano with Michael supervising as we all sang numerous Christmas carols. Before the evening was over Uncle Stephen and Aunt Evelyn announced that they would have a little one in their arms next Christmas...expected arrival around August 18th to be precise!
Big and lil Charles Daddy caught a nap while waiting for gift opening.

Uncle Timmy was dubbed the mad professor as he set up shop, filling bullet cases with gun powder. Michael was completely fascinated with the process.
